East Valley General Contracting is proudly owned and operated by Kolt, a born-and-raised Queen Creek local, devoted husband, and hands-on dad who’s been pouring his heart into Arizona homes for over a decade. What started as a teenager running chainsaws and shaping landscapes across the Valley evolved into years of mastering every trade that goes into building and improving a house—from framing and concrete to finish carpentry and design. After earning the trust of hundreds of homeowners with his relentless work ethic, attention to detail, and straightforward honesty, Kolt decided it was time to build something of his own. In 2023 he launched East Valley General Contracting with a simple promise: treat every project like it’s going into the home where his own wife and kids live.
